The Turbo Range TR-GB36R-3322 Raised Griddle Broiler is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require greater cooking capacity. Equipped with a 36-inch griddle surface, five independently controlled cast iron burners, and a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate, it provides exceptional cooking performance for busy restaurants, diners, and catering operations.
The integrated broiler drawer allows operators to toast, warm, or finish food while cooking on the griddle, increasing productivity without taking up additional kitchen space.
