APW Wyott's RCW-11 boasts an 11-quart capacity and is outfitted with a thermostatically-controlled heated system that ensures a fast heat-up and recovery, reaching temperatures hot enough to consistently produce steam. Perfect for thawing frozen soups and maintaining the thawed soup at NSF-safe temperature, the RW-1V is made with a stainless steel housing and liner, insulated with fiberglass and a raised liner that keeps condensation outside the unit. It works in both wet and dry conditions and accepts standard insets and covers. The warmer is effective for keeping hot foods at a consistent level above 140°.
