1. Do you only ship within Canada?

We currently ship within most of Ontario, and parts of Quebec. If you are outside these regions, please feel free to give us a call or email us. 


2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Greater Toronto Area 
    • Free for orders over $250 before tax including bulky items.
    • Standard Shipping Fee of $25 for orders under $250 before tax. 
  • Most Areas Outside of GTA.
    • Free for orders over $1000 before tax, excluding bulky items.
    • Standard Shipping Fee of $10 or $25 depending on postal code for orders over $250 before tax.
    • Please note that we only ship orders outside of GTA that have a minimum of $250 before tax.
    • Bulky Items: shipping costs from $100 - $200 depending on the Province per unit.


3. What is your return policy?

Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 20 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returns will receive a refund in the form of store credits or will receive an exchange.

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned between 20 days and 90 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returns will receive a refund in the form of store credits, minus a restocking fee charged at 20% of the purchase value. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 90 days of purchase. 

If items are shipped for returns or exchanges, please note that we will not cover any associated shipping or handling costs.

We do not issue returns or exchanges on bulky items. Appliances are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Please follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions or contact us for more information. 


4. Do you accept store credits online?

We currently do not accept store credits online, please visit the store or contact us to place an order.


5. When can I expect my order?

In-stock items generally ship in 1-2 business days. f we do not have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, we will send you an email notification within 24 hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please contact us at <admin@chefcoca.com>  so that we can work on a solution.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
