SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my order?
We try our best to process orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Once completed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation.
Orders within Ontario usually arrive between 3-7 business days, orders outside our home province can take anywhere from 4-14 business days to get to you. So please keep that in mind when placing your order!
If item(s) are out of stock, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours. If you have a time constraint on your order, please contact us at admin@chefcoca.com so that we can work on a solution.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces (with certain exceptions) and the Contiguous United States. We apologies for the inconvenience if you are outside these regions, please feel free to email us at admin@chefcoca.com!
What does the Free Shipping Policy entail?
Shipping costs are calculated on a per-item basis. For this reason, adding items without free shipping to your cart might result in additional shipping charges to your order despite certain items labeled "free shipping"
This offer applies to most locations across Canada. Excluded locations include, but are not limited to, island destinations, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut as well as any other destination that Canada Post deems “remote” or that requires air or water freight service in any province or territory.
In order for your item(s) to qualify, they must be purchased online at chefcoca.com.
Chefco reserves the right to exempt any order from free shipping in the event that products are listed incorrectly below cost, weighed improperly etc. In this unlikely event, we’ll contact you immediately to inform you that extra freight charges will apply to your order. You may approve the charges or cancel your order at this time.
How much does shipping cost in Canada?
We offer free standard shipping on certain equipment with associated "Free Shipping" labels.
We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain value, depending on where the shipping destination is! We've outlined some below that may be applicable to you.
You may always email us to get a shipping quote if you have an order in mind.
- Free for orders over $250 before applicable taxes and discounts, excluding specific bulky items such as our Metal304 products.
- Standard Shipping Fee of $19 for orders under $250 before applicable taxes and discounts .
- Bulky Items: shipping costs from $100 - $300 depending on the Province per unit, you'll be prompted to contact us at check out if you're looking to purchase a larger item.
- Oversized Item Shipping: To receive a shipping quote for oversized items, please email us at admin@chefcoca.com. We will make every effort to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours

We have three locations in Ontario! Pick ups are always an option if you live in the area. The addresses are as following:

RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
Currently we are only able to provide exchanges for eligible item(s) that arrive defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase date. You may exchange your item(s) for the same product only. We do not offer any refunds or store credit for online purchases. As a small business we try to provide the best value to our customers, and it comes with limitations. We apologies in advance!
In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at admin@chefcoca.com or (647)-966-0766 with details of the product. Please note that we do not cover any associated shipping or handling costs that may incur, you may send the product(s) to 3816 Victoria Park Ave North York ON M2H 3H7, 350 Britannia Rd E, Unit 2-4 Mississauga, ON L4Z 1X9 or 450 Tapscott Rd, Unit 1, Scarborough, ON. M1B 1Y4. Alternatively, you may visit either of our locations to inquire about an exchange on item(s) purchased online.
Please note that as bulky items or appliances are covered by manufacturer’s warranties, they are not eligible for exchanges or returns from chefcoca.com. Please kindly follow manufacturer’s warranty instructions or contact us for more information.
Do you accept store credits online?
We currently do not accept store credits online. Please visit our in-store locations to use merchandise credits.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order is placed, you won't be able to modify or cancel the order online. However, you can always email us. If we've already shipped out the order, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the shipment. We do reserve the right to cancel any order but do contact us as soon as possible.
WARRANTY POLICY
Are products sold at Chefco backed by a warranty?
Warranties vary based on the type of product, and are not applicable to certain products such as small wares. If your order does arrive with defeats please kindly reference our return policy and follow the steps for eligible exchanges.
For bulky items, equipments, appliances and larger ticketed items, please view individual product pages that detail warranty information as they are covered by manufacturer's warranties. They are not eligible for exchanges or returns from chefcoca.com.
Limited Replacement Warranty for Equipment
Chefco Kitchen & Restaurant Supplies guarantees that all eligible new products purchased from an Authorized Dealer are covered under this warranty from the original delivery date. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Chefco’s liability under this Warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. The replacement cost will not exceed the original purchase price.
Coverage Limitations
This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, alterations, or damage (including vandalism, foreign object impacts, improper handling, maintenance, storage, use of incompatible accessories, or harmful chemicals), or damage due to fire, flooding, or Acts of God.
- Damage caused by power surges, brownouts, or inconsistent voltage (such as generator use).
- Assembly, installation, or use in violation of Chefco’s guidelines (including product-specific restrictions and weight limits).
- Abnormal or unintended use.
- Normal wear and tear (including parts like gaskets and bearings).
- Rust or damage from moisture exposure.
- Unless otherwise stated, all Chefco products are intended for commercial use only.
- Gas, plumbing, and electrical connections must be completed by a qualified installer. Calibrations and adjustments are not covered by the Warranty.
- Improper utility connections, such as wrong voltage, phase, or fuel type.
This Warranty does not cover parts and accessories (sold separately) or the labor, materials, or costs involved in removing, reinstalling, or replacing the product.
Disclaimer
This is the entire Limited Warranty for the product. This Warranty supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the product. It may only be modified by a written agreement signed by a Chefco representative. Chefco will not be bound by any statements outside the terms of this Warranty.
Limited Liability
CHEFCO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF PROPERTY USE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INCONVENIENCE, UNDER ANY RECOVERY THEORY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY).
Chefco reserves the right to revise or terminate this Warranty at any time. Only products purchased between the effective date of this Warranty and any future revision or termination will be covered.

For claims under this replacement warranty, please contact your authorized dealer. Be sure to have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready.

DISCOUNTS
What are the conditions for your online discounts or promo codes?
The following discount conditions apply for any online promotions at www.chefcoca.com. Excludes applicable taxes and shipping. Excludes all products listed under “Equipment”, Victorinox line, products listed under “Disposables”, Metal304 line, door screens or door curtains, dunnage racks, sale/clearance items, and products that require a quoted price. Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons. Not applicable to prior purchases. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price. Offer subject to change without notice. While supplies last. Chefco reserves the right to cancel the promotion or any order due to unauthorized use, system error, or unforeseen issues.
How do I purchase items with the membership price online?
The membership price is only reflective in your local Chefco warehouse. Not all products sold on Chefcoca.com are available at our warehouse. Furthermore many products sold online vary in price in comparison to the same products sold in store due to the shipping and handling fees for pick up and delivery. We thank you in advance for understanding and your continued support in our business!
