Orders and Availability

   •        We typically ship in-stock items within 3–5 business days. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions, such as backorders, substitutions, or refunds.

   •        For in-store pickup, items in stock may require 2–4 days to transfer between our three locations. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification.

 

Canceling or Modifying an Order

 

While we strive to accommodate customer requests, there are instances where changes may not be possible:

   •        If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will confirm whether adjustments can be made.

   •        If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you promptly, and refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

 

Please note that once items have been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

 

Price Changes and Updates

   •        All prices listed on ChefCoca.com are in CAD Dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice.

   •        Member pricing for registered business customers at our warehouse may differ from online prices.

 

If you notice a pricing discrepancy on our website, we will address it at our discretion. This may include contacting you for clarification or canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

 

Receipt of Incorrect or Damaged Products

        •   Contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the product.

        •   Provide a detailed description of the issue and include supporting evidence, such as photos of the item and packaging.

     Return and Replacement

        For incorrect or damaged items:

             •          We will arrange a return at no cost to you.

             •          A replacement will be shipped promptly upon confirmation of the issue.

        For carrier-related damages, additional documentation may be required for claim processing.

     Refunds

        •   If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued, including any shipping costs.

        •   Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the return.

     Conditions for Returns

        •   Products must be returned in their original packaging.

        •   ChefCoca.com reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if items show signs of use or damage unrelated to shipping.

   Alternative Payments:
