We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Return policy applies to online purchases only.

We do not offer any refunds or store credit for online purchases. As a small business we try to provide the best value to our customers, and it comes with limitations. We apologies in advance!


General Return Policy

Most in-stock items may be eligible for return 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be authorized by CHEFCO in advance

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Pre-Order & Special Order Items – FINAL SALE

All pre-order and special order items are FINAL SALE.

Once a pre-order or special order has been placed:

  • No cancellations

  • No returns

  • No refunds

These items are ordered or manufactured specifically at the customer’s request and may involve production lead times or overseas sourcing.

Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, dimensions, electrical requirements, and lead times before placing a pre-order.


Commercial Refrigeration & Large Equipment

Due to the nature of commercial refrigeration equipment and large commercial appliances, the following apply:

  • Installed or used equipment cannot be returned

  • Equipment must be inspected immediately upon delivery

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

CHEFCO will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Pre-order and special order items

  • Installed or used equipment

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or modified products

  • Disposable items and consumables


Return Shipping

  • Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, if applicable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

To start an exchange, you can contact us at admin@chefcoca.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order is placed, you won't be able to modify or cancel the order online. However, you can always email us. If we've already shipped out the order, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the shipment. We do reserve the right to cancel any order but do contact us as soon as possible.
