The CHEFCO Oil-Absorbing Paper,22cmX22cm, Blue & White Checkered (STPA-2222BL) is made of specially processed paper to absorb oils from foods. Use it to line baskets of delicious deep fried and pan-fried foods such as tempura, fried chicken, fries, and dumplings. It can absorb excess oils preventing foods from getting soggy and reducing excessive oil intake. These 22cm/8.7" x 22cm/8.7" sheets contain no dyes and is tasteless to ensure that it does not interfere with cooked foods.
