Key Features

  • This is a popular cutting board among professional chefs. Made of scratch-resistant rubber, the elastic surface prevents the edge of your favorite knives from dulling or chipping.
  • This cutting board features a wooden texture because it is made of material mixed with wooden powder. It has passed the food sanitation test and is, therefore, safe to use.
  • As the water rolls off from the surface of the board well, it dries quickly. Made of material containing antibacterial agents, it prevents bacterial or fungal growth and keeps the board hygienic.
  • For the resistant stains, you can use bleach to remove them or refinish the board with cutting board scrapers on the market to make the surface look like a brand-new board again.
  • When you only cut on one side of the board, it may cause warping. We recommend using both sides alternately so that the board lasts a long time.

Use & Care

  • Wash it well with dish soap after each use, dry it well, and store it in a well-ventilated place. You can use bleach to remove the persistent stains; however, please do not soak it in bleach water for an extended period.
  • It is compatible with a UV sterilization cabinet. Exposure to UV rays for a long period of time might change the color, but it won't deteriorate the quality.
  • You can sanitize it with boiling water. When you apply hot boiling water to the board's surface, please set the temperature lower than 90℃ and apply it on both sides to prevent warping.
  • Please do not put it in a dishwasher or dish dryer. The high-temperature heat from the washing and drying cycle may soften the board and cause it to warp.
  • Please do not place it near the fire or put freshly cooked hot food or hot saucepans on it to prevent it from warping. Furthermore, please place it in a straight, upright position when storing it. Leaning on one side may cause warping or deformation.
