Designed with two cooking compartments, the Vulcan VC55ED double convection oven includes 10 nickel-plated racks that are adjustable on 11 positions in each compartment and removable to accommodate tall products. As food bakes, blowers move hot air through the interior and around foods, helping them cook evenly. The blowers' speed is adjustable with high and low settings, and for crispy foods, operators can open the oven vents to let moisture out.
This Vulcan VC55ED electric convection oven can slowly cook foods with its 5-hour timers, and the temperature level is adjustable from 150 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the cooling switch, operators can run the fans while the doors are open, and doing this helps cool down the ovens if transitioning to a low-temperature dish or preparing to clean the unit. Once completely cool, operators can remove the racks for unrestricted access to the interior. The porcelain-enameled surfaces are slick and can be wiped clean—food resists sticking to them, ensuring cleanup is efficient.
