“Santoku" means an all-purpose knife, including meat, fish, and vegetables. It is designed to have both features of Japanese Nakiri (vegetable knife) and Japanese Gyuto (meat knife). Being highly convenient and practical, it is most widely used in households. Recommended for those new to Japanese kitchen knives and novice cooks.

Chromax is made of V silver No. 1 with 5% chrome (Cr) added to its composition, making it a rust-resistant material with corrosion resistance far superior to carbon steels such as white paper and blue paper. It also boasts outstanding sharpness and blade durability. It is named "Chromax" because chrome (Cr) is added to the limit that affects sharpness. It is used in high-end kitchen knives made by professional craftsmen and has proven its ability.

Migaki (Polished) line of knives feature beautiful edge geometry and are quite thin behind the edge and at the spine. They have an excellent cutting feel and are light and feel very nimble and comfortable in the hand.
